We happily accept returns or exchanges of faulty or defective items, or of unopened packages, within 14 days of receipt. Due to hygiene restrictions, we cannot accept returns of opened packages or used products without material defects. View the full refund and exchange poly here.

A refund will be issued within 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods to the same payment method used for the order.
You are responsible for any cost and risk of return shipping using the shipping method and carrier of their choice.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise that do not meet the return standards, as described here, at our discretion.
Returns

* Please email us with your order number and reason for return. Once verified and approved, you will be provided with the return address. Include a note in your return package listing your order number. This allows us to ensure you receive the refund amount correctly. Thank you!
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without receipt of the returned goods.
Exchanges
You are responsible for the cost and risk of sending back your purchase to us.
* Please email us with your order number and reason for exchange, and requested replacement item. Once verified and approved, you will be provided with the shipping address. Include a note in your exchange package listing your order number. This allows us to ensure you receive the exchanged item correctly. Thank you!

Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
